Loof was founded in 1946 by Jan van Zandvoort in Boven-Leeuwen, Gelderland. Today his grandson Ward leads the company forward with his team — with the same dedication to craftsmanship that has defined it from the start.
All Loof products are made entirely in a Dutch factory in Oostzaan. From sawing and milling to sanding and finishing — everything is done in-house. No outsourcing, no compromises.
This local production is not only a quality choice, but also a sustainable one: short transport distances, direct control over the process and fair work for Dutch craftspeople.
The Loof showroom is located in the Affuitenhal on the Hembrugterrein in Zaandam. Here you can experience the beds as they are meant to be: in an environment that breathes the value of craftsmanship and sustainability.
